About Arian

A therapist who understands neurodivergent life from the inside.

I’m Arian, a qualified therapist and coach. I’m neurodivergent myself, with ADHD and autism, and I know how tiring it can be to work out what you need in a world that often asks you to keep up.

For some people, that has included masking or hiding the parts of themselves that feel too much. It can also look like sensory overload, procrastination, intense feelings, loneliness, or not knowing where life is heading.

That lived experience informs the way I work. I listen carefully, without rushing to label, fix, or make you more acceptable to other people. You can bring the anger, shutdown, confusion, loneliness, or relief — and we can make sense of it together.

Many of the people I work with are men aged 18–30 who feel pressure to succeed while privately feeling unable to cope. I also welcome anyone looking for a more understanding way forward.
